We Listened
Syft is committed to continually raising the bar for supply chain management. A primary ingredient of that work entails partnering closely with our customers to gain a deeper understanding of their needs and experience with our products. Then, we apply that knowledge to create new and better solutions. Scroll through to see what we’ve accomplished over the past two years—and we’re just getting started!
100+
A primary tenet of our Voice of Customer program is to obtain feedback and input from every type of role affected by our solutions. Over the past two years, we’ve discussed and tested our product enhancements and new solutions with more than 100 users in a variety of roles, including clinicians, supply chain teams, and hospital and health system leaders.
200
Through our Voice of Customer program, our hospital and health system partners can opt-in to participate in our user groups and user testing programs. Since launching this program two years ago, nearly 200 hospitals have participated and shared their challenges and feedback with us.
500+
To fully understand our hospital partners’ needs and challenges, we must facilitate insight-inducing discussions. Since launching our Voice of Customer program, we’ve dedicated more than 500 hours to testing new products and enhancements with our hospital partners. This has helped us to adjust and improve our solutions based on their needs.
10,000+
Our time spent testing with users has translated into thousands of development hours over the past two years. This has included creating, developing, and refining numerous prototypes and solutions based on feedback from our hospital partners. The enhancements and new solutions revealed below were developed only after users agreed that they were highly intuitive and beneficial for their teams.
Collaborations with Big Results
With the valuable input we received from our hospital and health system partners, we developed new and enhanced solutions. For more about our user-guided development process and the results, check out these examples:
